This work features two common plants, Canada Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) and Canary Grass (Phalaris sp.) both found growing wild in Richmond.  These specimens are printed larger than life inviting the viewer to take a closer look and perhaps later recognize these often overlooked plants in the surrounding areas.  They are arranged in interlocking spirals to reflect the interconnectedness of different species in the environment.
